The Bush Administration, part 1

I am wanting to say a few things about President George W. Bush. I don't feel any pressure to say this, but I am one of the growing number of disillusioned Conservatives who voted for Mr. Bush, both in 2000 and in 2004, who are just dismayed at how he is leading our country. And especially, leading this country along with a Republican Congressional majority for the first six years of his Presidency...
By no means is this easy to say, but his record causes me to do so.
His tenure in office has been nothing like we, his supporters, ever expected, but NOT ALL of the trouble which we've faced, is his fault. "Not All", being the operative words there. Take the savage attack on the United States, back on September 11, 2001. I am not an Alex Jones devotee, and therefore do not think that President Bush had any idea that it was coming. And his administration's reply to that attack was proper and correct: Attack Afghanistan, al-Queda and the supportive Taliban, and kill 'em, kill em dead, and kill 'em all.

So far, so good. In the two ways to appreciate, to judge his leadership at that time, he correctly sent American Armed forces to that country, in a massive grand show of force, and got the job maybe 70% of the job done. We still do not have Osama bin Laden in custody, nor is he dead (?), nor is al-Queda dissolved today. Afghanistan today has a duly elected leader and representatives, and is considered an ally to us in the "war on terrorism" as well. But is al-Queda still about? sure.
Secondly, with the terrible hit to the generation of business on that day, 9/11/01, then afterward, and the resulting need to suddenly fund a war, America sunk into becoming a debtor nation, with a growing national deficit to some of our former enemies... causing many to fear what may happen if a war someday happens with these creditor countries... China, for example.

But then America proceeds to invade Iraq in 2003. On the worrisome pretense of "Weapons of Mass Destruction" developed by Saddam Hussein.

Here's the Rub, according to the Localmalcontent: I think that Iraq will never become an ally with the United States again, and I also think that Iraqi leaders will have more trouble dealing with sectarian violence within the Muslim "religion", underlining the fact that American leaders never ever bothered to look into the roots nor the methods of Islam, or the inherent anger and violence it endorses. Whether or not the United States had decided to invade, conquer and subjugate Islamic nations surrounding Iran, our real and true enemy in this dogfight, is moot now; because the Bush Administration has used every other excuse to invade, conquer and subjugate Afghanistan and Iraq, from WMDs, to Oil supplies, in the effort to pull the wool over the eyes of Americans. Period. There, I said it. That wasn't so hard, after all.
It has all been a ruse by those advising Mr. Bush, and now, he's the poster boy for bad judgement. The ruse was telling the American public, as well as the world public through the United Nations, that Iraq, of all places, was a threat to us. Or US, or the USA.

The Bush administration miscalculated our former ally, Saddam, badly.
He would've made a far better ally; Yes, stung by the Gulf War of 1991, but probably glad to be back in our good and generous graces in 2003, as a most-welcome guest to attack Iran from there, then.

**Stop here, and just imagine today's far different scenerio, had the Bush administration done that, instead!!
Instead of one powerful"Arab Muslim" ally in the person of Mr. S. KurdKiller-Hussein in the region, fully within our control, and a recent enemy of Iran, we have ZERO, ZILCH, BUPKISS there. We Americans now have to sweet talk King Whozzit of Jordan, and Prez. Mubarak in Egypt instead.
And still we're ass-deep in a bloodbath morass called Iraq today, having to rebuild today what they blew up yesterday, having to bury today the death toll from yesterday, replace the workers who are now dead today with nubies, and still unable to control al Sadr, unable to manage Shi'ites or Sunnis, or Democrats, or anyone.
Oh, man... Then we come to the Domestic agenda of the George W. Bush administration.
All's well on the taxation front; for now. This will soon change, and the Localmalcontent will be raised into the 27% tax rate.., as will all of you Americans, thanks to the Democratic Congress.
**This change from a Republican Congress is also Mr. Bush's fault, though Not Entirely. Let's spread the blame for all the lame inaction to Republican leaders Dennis Hastert and Senator Bill Frist. Lame assed leadership!! Never thinking in a conservative vein once, they raised spending on all sorts of expenditures! Added to the new 'War on Terrorism', spending went through the roof, as if there was a full Democratic Congress in place, and none of the Democrats objected, until it came to re-election time.

George Bush is completely absent, VACANT, on the invasion of Mexican, other illegal immigrants, through the porous Southern Border. Any meeting with any Mexican President which he has, ought to be conducted along the lines of a full limitation of illegal migration of Senor Presidente's populous!!
Instead, we get this very lame, very limp admission that "well, we cannot do anything about these people anyway, all 12 to 20 million of them, so let's just absorb them....
More on this domestic aspect, tomorrow...
I love George W. Bush, afterall, he's my elected President. But it does not take a fool to realize that his decisions have indeed been bad for the United States.

But we've all been deceived, or we've been deluded by his Presidency.

I have been telling people for years that our elected officials, from the President on down, have been selling out our nation and the people of the United States, and it makes no difference what party they belong to, because all politicians, no matter what political party they are from, are controled by the same groups and/or individuals.

This sell out goes much deeper than just trying to procure votes for re-election. It is far more sinister than that. Once again, I must urge people to go to my web site, click on "AWAKE YOU WHO SLEEP" in the NavBar on the left and read the monthly articles I am posting, so that you will understand what exactly is going on.

But, regardless of what their reason is, these politicians who insist on violating their oath of office to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States, are committing TREASON. What else can you call it when you sell out your nation's Soverignty and the freedoms of your fellow citizens?

Also, I wish to state for the record, everytime you hear the President, Vice-President, Senators, Representatives, members of the media or anyone else say that "we are Democracy", this is a LIE. Please read the Constitution of the United States:
Section 4;

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a REPUBLICAN FORM of GOVERNMENT, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened)aginst domestic Violence.

In other words, the United States is a Constitutional Republic with a Representative form of government, we are not a Democracy there is a big difference. Even the Founding Fathers warned not to let this become a Democracy.

Wow, Father, I never knew you to be so aggresive! Have you had anything to eat lately? LOL

Seriously however, you are 1000% completely correct: Our "representatives" do Not represent us, but the money that either we give them, or that which large corporations can give them, and then base legislation solely upon that. It's disgusting!
the LM!!

The more I see our beloved country being turned over to a "One World", open border government and my fellow citizens being slowly stripped of their rights and freedoms, while at the same time, being made to pay for their own demise through their taxes, the madder I get.

I know that Constitution defines TREASON only as giving aid and comfort to the enemy in times of war, but what is it then, when people, especially those whom we elect to represent us, completely ignor the will of those who elected them and then blatently violate the very Constitution they are sworn to up hold and sell out our national soverignty? If any one knows, please tell me.
