Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Children!!

Supreme Court Upholds Ban on Partial-Birth

(CNSNews.com) - In a 5-4 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that a 2003 federal ban on partial-birth abortions is constitutional, a decision quickly hailed by one conservative organization as a "monumental victory."Writing for the majority, Justice Anthony Kennedy said that opponents of the Partial Birth Abortion Act of 2003 "have not demonstrated that the Act would be unconstitutional in a large fraction of relevant cases."
Along with Chief Justice John Roberts, other justices voting to uphold the ban were Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia."Today's decision is alarming,"

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote in dissent with justices Stephen Breyer, David Souter and John Paul Stevens. She said the ruling "refuses to take ... seriously" previous Supreme Court decisions on abortion.Ginsburg said the latest decision "tolerates, indeed applauds, federal intervention to ban nationwide a procedure found necessary and proper in certain cases by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists."
Maybe that old bat, Ginsburg, will become a thing of the past, soon, too.

Shrillary's published reaction to today's U.S. Supreme Court ruling, against partial birth abortion:

"This decision marks a dramatic departure from four decades of Supreme Court rulings that upheld a woman's right to choose and recognized the importance of women's health. Today's decision blatantly defies the Court's recent decision in 2000 striking down a state partial-birth abortion law because of its failure to provide an exception for the health of the mother. As the Supreme Court recognized in Roe v. Wade in 1973, this issue is complex and highly personal; the rights and lives of women must be taken into account. It is precisely this erosion of our constitutional rights that I warned against when I opposed the nominations of Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Alito."

Senator B. Hussein Obama, D-Ill. published his total disgust as well, saying:

"I strongly disagree with today’s Supreme Court ruling, which dramatically departs from previous precedents safeguarding the health of pregnant women. As Justice Ginsburg emphasized in her dissenting opinion, this ruling signals an alarming willingness on the part of the conservative majority to disregard its prior rulings respecting a woman’s medical concerns and the very personal decisions between a doctor and patient. I am extremely concerned that this ruling will embolden state legislatures to enact further measures to restrict a woman's right to choose, and that the conservative Supreme Court justices will look for other opportunities to erode Roe v. Wade."

And the lightweight former Senator from N.C, John Edwards voices his dismay in political terms only:

"I could not disagree more strongly with today's Supreme Court decision. The ban upheld by the Court is an ill-considered and sweeping prohibition that does not even take account for serious threats to the health of individual women. This hard right turn is a stark reminder of why Democrats cannot afford to lose the 2008 election."

DEMOCRATIC ASSHATS. YEAH, I MEANT THAT, TOO.

What is this partial birth abortion, on which the U.S. Supreme Court bravely and correctly ruled today? Why is it such a "hot button" issue? When is it NOT? Because it is otherwise called, infanticide, and should be a crime, but it's not. Abortion is the law in all 50 states, still and always will be. But "partial birth", or very late term abortions allow for the baby to be half way born, only to be murdered at a crucial point, and always, very heinously, horrifically.

These links below ARE NOT FOR minor age children, nor for the feignt of heart-- for they are of photos of babies who have aborted, after being partially born, OK?
Only--only go to this graphic site if you are of solid moral character, seeing for yourself the shame of this nation.

The Awful Truth

What in the world have we, as a nation become, when we allow killing for convenience? In the cases of rape or incest, I can understand removing the offending fluid, even the result of these crimes. And, likewise, I can understand and justify the abortion in the case of a woman's health being jeopardized, should the child be carried to term.

But IN NO CASE, is a partial birth abortion a woman's right.
It's murder any way you describe it.

Yes, it is. Any person can see that. How abortion is legal, I will never know.... I am ashamed of my nation, because of this abominable ruling, dating back to '73.
