Where else, but - Heaven

One Southern Belle said...

Well I never been to heaven
But I been to Oklahoma

Oklahoma where the wind comes sweeping down the plain,
Where the wavin' wheat can sure smell sweet
When the wind comes right behind the rain

We know we belong to the land
And the land we belong to is grand

You're doing fine Oklahoma
Oklahoma your OK

Mal, you're the reason God made Oklahoma

I don't know it like you know it, but still...I think I love it. Thanks for sharing.

pretty tough to top what one southern belle said...so I'll just have to go with JJ Cale, Leon Russell and Woody Guthrie,

I'm Livin' on Tulsa time ...Livin' on Tulsa Time,...after midnight, we're gonna let it all hang out, after midnight, ...we are alone now and I'm singin' this song for you, ...in those Oklahoma Hills where I was born.

Great photos and layout, way to show your Okie Pride mal,

This IS Heaven!
Ya know, I didn't want to add a word to this post, as the photos tell the whole story.
But I just noticed, that if you click any photo, it enlarges, and it tells the "caption", whatever, I had given to it.
Those are my comments on each one. Unnecessary, but there.

...aren't you the tricky one!

I better see what happens when I play your blog backwards... NOTNILCYRALLIHETOV
lol just kidding of course...

Nice job again man, Oklahoma does have a lot to celebrate and to be proud of.

If I could have my choice of where to spend the rest of my life, I would make it Oklahoma. New York State is far too liberal for my taste. The only thing keeping me here is that I am close to my sons and grandchildren.
