A Surefire Resume Enhancer

Sure, she was Fired.

But former Bentonville, Ar. school teacher Melissa Monroe, 32, is not about to plead guilty to charges of sexual assault and furnishing alcohol to a minor. She is not pleading 'not guilty' either.

Attorneys for a former Bentonville teacher plan to challenge the constitutionality of the state law that prohibits school teachers from engaging in sexual contact with students.

Melissa Monroe, 32, was charged with sexual assault and furnishing alcohol to a minor, officials said.
Monroe had sex with an 18-year-old student and provided him alcohol on several occasions, police said.
Even though the student was 18 when the alleged encounter took place, Arkansas law states it is a crime for a public school teacher to engage in sexual contact with a student younger than 21, officials said.

Ms. Monroe, too stupid to know right from wrong, much less know about Arkansas law, thinks that she and her attorneys can argue that the law is unconstitutional in the first place. Determining the legality of that issue won't take long at all, but still, it will be at least one additional layer, perhaps more of legal fights. All to prove eventually, that the law is just and correct, and that Ms. Monroe is a tramp.
And a bankrupt tramp... as well.

Those Arkansas attorneys have found themselves a gold mine, and are reaping some eye-popping fees from these simple minded Arkansans, who cannot keep their pants on, during the job.
