We Miss You, Sir

The anniversary of the 2004 death
of Ronald Wilson Reagan
June 5, 2008
Well done, thou good and faithful servant:

Remember that week when we all wept so much?
When George H. W. Bush cried, while speaking in front of Margaret Thatcher, Mr. Blair, Prince Charles, many world leaders, Mr. Gorbechev, the assembled former presidents?
Remember our love and admiration for Nancy and the Reagan children as they stood together at sunset, at the Reagan library?

Remember this leader's buoyant optimism of America and of Americans?

The coolest POTUS ever; Teddy R. is next in line.

I'd not thought of Reagan as 'cool' before, but I would agree with you.
Come back and visit anytime, friend!
