The Odds-on Favorite

Because one (still) has "Gravitas".

"In this corner, wearing a dark blue suit, white linen shirt and red silk tie, the Champion!"

"Our champion has been a Conservative Congressman from Wyoming for 10 years, President Ford's Chief of Staff, the United States' Secretary of Defense and served as Vice-President for 8 years. In addition to that service, our champion was the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Halliburton, Inc. He co-founded the "Project for the New American Century" conservative think-tank, and serves as an advisor on the board of the "Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs".

"And in the other corner, wearing a dark Charcoal suit, starched white shirt and blue tie, the Challenger!"

"The challenger was an Illinois state Senator for one term, then was elected to the United States Senate, where he served for 143 days, until being elected to an even higher post. Our challenger, prior to those, was a south-side Chicago Community Organizer."

"It's come down to a seasoned heavyweight versus an upstart lightweight, ladies and gentlemen!

LET'S GET READDDDDDDYYY
TO RUMMMMBBBBLLLLEEEE ~!"

I liked the way he took Zero to task for bashing the last administration while saying he's going to move on.

I like Cheney, but wish GWB had chosen someone else as a VP. I think that decision is the main one that gave us McCain. Cheney would've made an excellent Sec. of State or Defense.

Did you hear Liz Cheney's latest interviews? She would make a great politician.
