Of course, this ain't Tahlequah, Ok., where there is a
great big dust-up concerning the Cherokees' recent
election for Principal Chief.

First, the challenger was said to have won the election by eleven votes; then "official" totals showed that Chief Smith had won by a mere seven votes....
((cue that dramatic, native drumbeat))
Then after a recount, the challenger Baker wins by 266 votes. Hummmmmm
