Now A Scam Based Upon Scams

What won't they think of next?   I found this delightful little email in my SPAM box this morning from United Nations Secretary Ban-Ki Moon, regarding my payment of 50 Million dollars, from a Scam Alert Service, courtesy of the United Nations.
I think this is ingenious~!  Love It. Wish that it was true~! 
Leticia and I could use just about 50 Million USD right about now, too--

Here's the email (SCAM), sent from Russia, from Ban ki Moon, a.k.a., Чабан Наталья Владимировна :

How are you?  You may not understand why this mail came to you, but if you are not the suppose person do not reply or claim what is not yours.

However we have been having series of meeting with the IMF and other international bodies for the past 7 months which ended 2 days ago. This email is to all the people that have been scammed in any part of the world, the UNITED NATIONS have agreed to compensate them with the sum of US$(50,000.000.00) 

Based on this above agreement you are advised to contact Mr Lamy Joseph he is the head of the Monitoring/Investigation Team in Africa Cotonou-The Republic of Benin, on his final
 conclusion about your SCAM experince as our representative further details from his desk will be issued to you as how to receive the above FUND.

The very first thing that I would do with my 50 Million dollar windfall, would be to hire some pilots and some Viet-Nam era-disabled veteran bombardiers, and destroy the United Nations building.
Then replace our central AC.  
But yeah, first I'd destroy the United Nations.
