Temperature extremes I Have Experienced:

The lowest temperature I ever experienced happened in Norman, Oklahoma in January 1989, at -13°.  I had (tried) gone jogging in the afternoon, I only made it 1/2 block before my nose froze, and I decided instead to hurry back to my apartment.

The highest temperature I've ever experienced was 117°, in Talihina, Oklahoma, in August, 2011.  I had to walk from the Library to my church in this heat, because my truck would not start.  I think I've blogged earlier about this day, here~

A 140° F temperature range.  People are incredible creatures, to be able to endure within this temperature range~

(My favourite, most comfortable temperature is 61° F.  Just below half that range....)
