Sausage Balls & Mustard Greens,
Dinner Rolls & Honey

Ohh dear Jesus, my favourite meal lately.

It's hearty, it's delicious, it's cheap and boy oh boy, it's good eatin~

I don't know if it is my disease or what, but lately this is all I love to consume.
Leticia loves it, and her Tiny Highness, Kelsey eats it up like it's going out of style~!

Blue & Gold Sausage, 1 to 1-1/2 lbs, pressed into little bite-sized balls, (Makes about 30) then fried, sauteed, cooked in a skillet, whatever

In another pan, heat about 2 cans, or 4 pounds fresh, mustard greens, 1/4 stick of butter, or 3 Tbs. bacon grease, and black pepper, until very wilted, well boiled~
combine the two.
Heat the two combined ingredients~

Heat up a dozen dinner rolls on an aluminum piepan, in the oven at 325°, 15-25 minutes, tops.
Remove from oven (or burn ya darn fingers grabbing one),
then slice in half, adding the honey thereto;

Servre both dishes hot to the dinner table.

Say Grace.

Watch the fight ensue for that last dinner roll sopped in honey/butter~~!
OHH, DADDY, THAT'S SOME GOOD SOUTHERN EATIN,

Then say Grace again~, because you just fed your family of 3/4, well, for only $6.00!

Then, later, the best part of this meal: Baby falls asleep early, without being grumpy, around 9:00,
the dishes and pans are all washed and put away early,

and Sean Hannity is coming on TV, LOL
